Founder
Dan Wells is a former professional racing driver and motorsports entrepreneur based in Dubai, with presence in Europe and Asia. Originally from the UK, Dan’s love for racing ignited at a young age, fuelling his determination to make a name for himself in the competitive world of racing. Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and a burning desire to create his own path, Wells founded DWDM with a vision to provide exceptional driver coaching and athlete management services.
SIMON REYNOLDS
Performance Coach
With 14 years of experience as Driver Performance Manager at McLaren F1 Team, Simon brings unparalleled expertise to DWDM. Having worked with over 30 world-class drivers, including Lewis Hamilton, Lando Norris, Alex Albon, Kevin Magnussen, etc. across 25 international racing series, Simon contributed to 18 World and European Championship titles. We work closely with Simon to ensure every driver reaches peak performance, from simulator training to on-track competition.
DUNCAN TAPPY
Coach
Duncan Tappy is a highly respected British racing driver turned coach, also well-known for coaching Lando Norris since his early karting days. Crowned Formula Ford Champion early in his career, Duncan quickly rose through the ranks of motorsport, competing in premier series such as Formula Renault, Superleague Formula, GT championships, and endurance racing in LMP3 and LMP2.

Mike is a seasoned coach with over 15 years of coaching experience spanning karting, single-seaters, BTCC, GT, and touring cars. As an ARDS Grade A-certified instructor, Mike’s has successfully supported drivers to championship victories across British F4, GB3, GB4, Porsche Carrera Cup and more. Whether online, trackside, or in the car, Mike brings a focused, adaptable coaching style that elevates both foundational skills and race performance.

Dylan is our expert Strength and Conditioning Coach at Pinnacle Performance. With a robust background in sport science, Dylan has supported national-level and academy athletes during his time at the University of Birmingham and led physical preparation initiatives for England Women’s Football’s TASS programme. As a UKSCA-accredited coach, Dylan specialises in speed, power, and change-of-direction performance, and plays a crucial role in identifying physical weaknesses through detailed tracking of performance metrics, nutrition, and biomechanical profiling.

Operations & Marketing Executive
Mila works behind the scenes to ensure everything off the track runs seamlessly so drivers can focus solely on performance. She also serves as Team Coordinator for championship-winning DW Evans GT in Asia and as Branding & Communications Manager for Drivers Lab, the UAE’s first premier driver coaching and simulator center. A lifelong motorsports fan and petrolhead, Mila is dedicated to combining her professional expertise with her passion for racing, driving excellence both on and off the track.

William brings a unique blend of strategy consulting and motorsport industry insight to DWDM. With years of experience at consulting firms, he converts market analysis into concrete development roadmaps that accelerate drivers’ progression. Drawing on his experience founding the Tsinghua Motorsport Association, William leverages his relationships with teams, promoters, and commercial partners throughout China and Southeast Asia to connect our drivers with the right resources and opportunities to build lasting careers.
