We Create Champions.
Driver Development. Career Management. Sponsorships & Partnerships.
Built by a Champion.
DW Driver Management was founded by professional racing driver Dan Wells with one clear purpose: to give young drivers the guidance, development and support needed to build a serious career in motorsport.
A Formula Renault Asia Champion and Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia Champion, Dan experienced first-hand the challenges that exist beyond simply driving fast. Choosing the right championships, finding the right teams, managing budgets, developing away from the circuit and making the right decisions at the right time.
DWDM was created to bring those pieces together. Whether you're a karting driver preparing to transition into single-seaters or an established driver aiming to progress further in your career, DWDM provides the coaching, strategy and management needed to move forward with purpose.
OUR STORY
Our Drivers
Isack Hadjar
In 2021, Dan Wells helped secure a seat for then-rookie Isack Hadjar with Evans GP for his international single-seater debut in the Asian F3 series, before he got picked up by the Red Bull Junior Team.

Thomas Ingram Hill
Management Driver | GB4
Dan helped guide Tom from the back of the grid in Ginetta Juniors to becoming a front-running GB4 driver. Through structured development, Tom has since become a race winner, delivering a dominant victory at Silverstone alongside a pole position, podiums and fastest laps as he continues to fight at the front.
Luke Kaminski
Luke Kaminski is a DWDM Development Driver preparing for his first full season in single-seaters. Through a structured development programme combining simulator work, karting and Formula 4 testing, Luke is building the foundations for the next stage of his motorsport career.

We've also helped these clients on their road to success:
SJM Theodore Racing
Backed by the first and only Chinese team to compete in Formula One history, SJM Theodore Racing has been delivering strong results in the 2025 Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia series. DWDM helped put together a Driver Development Program for SJM Theodore Racing drivers Charles Leong and Alex Denning which includes Drivers Lab simulator training and a physical & nutrition program.

Kai Daryanani
DWDM has worked with Kai Daryanani from the very beginning of his racing career, with Dan Wells helping take him from zero competitive experience through his first steps in single-seaters. In his debut GB4 season, Kai took a reverse-grid victory before progressing into Formula 4, where he went on to win the Formula Trophy Middle East Championship and deliver standout performances in front of Formula One teams. DWDM then helped manage his next step into Europe, placing him with MP Motorsport in Eurocup-3 as his career continued to progress up the single-seater ladder.
// GB3, Eurocup-3, British F4, GB4, Formula Trophy
Oscar Lee
DWDM assisted with Oscar Lee's entry into GT racing in the 2021 Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe Championship which culminated in the Pro-Am World Final Victory, before competing with FFF Racing in 2022 and finishing as Vice Champions, and then making the move to Asia with DW Evans GT in 2023 where he promptly won the Pro-Am title. Oscar then moved to Dubai to open Drivers Lab and assist others to achieve their racing dreams.
// Lamborghini Super Trofeo
Philip Kadoorie
DWDM helped Philip Kadoorie enter into the modern racing scene in 2018, starting with Toyota 86, Chinese GT4, 2nd in Macau GT4, Super Trofeo Asia, and then Asian Le Mans in LMP3. Dan also competed in many rallies around Europe with Philip, principally in the legendary Lancia Stratos, and also raced with him in the Spa Classic in a Shelby Cobra.

Why DWDM?
-
From performance development and testing to team placement, contracts, budgets and commercial opportunities, DWDM manages every part of the programme around the driver, so they can focus on what matters most: driving.
-
No two racing careers should follow the same plan. Every driver has different experience, ambitions, budgets and timelines. DWDM builds each programme around the individual, creating a clear pathway based on where the driver is today and where they want to go next.
-
In motorsport, bad decisions can cost more than money. DWDM helps families navigate the decisions that shape a driver's career, from team and championship selection to testing and budget allocation, reducing costly mistakes and protecting the driver's long-term progression.
